Here we are at week #2 for Grungy Monday!
This week, the challenge is taken from RangerInk.com, and is shown as a video clip, Distress Ink with Studio Multi Medium.
Ok, perhaps I shouldn't have done the dots and dashes inside the wish.
I cut the Mover and Shaper WISH from craft foam, using it as my stamp. The paper is from the Vintage Shabby stack, and you can barely see the pattern on the paper, probably should have used a more predominant patterned paper, the WISH looks like white paint, but it is "the product" we were supposed to use.
I then used the Fairytale Frenzy stamp set for the rest. I stamped the floral in Archival black, hoping (wishing? lol) it would look like a hanger for an ornament (the WISH). I also sprayed the tag with Kiwi Perfect Pearl Mist prior to stamping. Can't see it here.
Pretty simple, but some days you have that!

I really love your wish hanger, it reminds of white iron, shabby chic. Terrific tag Lori, Annette x
I think it looks just fab, Lori.
I just got 'wish' because it's for my 2011 holiday cards. Never thought to use it...cool tag!
It looks really good, shabby chic, perfect. xx
I love the subtleness of the background with your wish resist. Wonderful piece..Donna

Great grungy tag, Lori!!
:)
I think it looks fab! I love the way your background turned out, and the stamps add such a great touch.
I *wish* all my tags could look as cool as this, Lori! What a brilliant approach to the GM02 technique! I love the resist with the dots and dashes-- it's such a unique and fun look. The floral does indeed look like a hanger for the ornament.
What a great idea to use the Movers and Shapers die for this challenge!
I like the look--it stands out from the rest as if it's a 3-d embellie
Oh Lori, this is great, I too would have never thought to use this die, you clever gal you!
Your details make this very special!
